By using our services or purchasing our smart cards, you also consent to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. The services and website are operated by Human Over Robot Limited and/or its affiliates.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable right to access and use our services for your personal or business networking purposes. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or disassemble our services. We may update or change our services at any time without notice, and some features may change over time. A core function of our services is the creation of public smart profiles, which means that any information you choose to display will be visible at a publicly accessible URL, including to anyone who receives or shares your card link.

我們授予您有限的、非專屬且可撤銷的權利，以便您將我們的服務用於個人或商務交流目的。您不得複製、反向工程、修改或拆解我們的服務。我們可隨時更新或更改服務，且無需提前通知，部分功能可能會隨時間變化。我們服務的核心功能之一是建立公開的智能個人檔案，這意味著您選擇展示的任何資訊都將在一個可公開訪問的網址中顯示，包括任何收到或分享您名片連結的人。

To create an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information and keep your login details secure. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

要建立帳戶，您必須提供準確且最新的資訊，並確保您的登入資料安全。您需對帳戶下的所有活動負全責，如有未經授權的存取，必須立即通知我們。

Purchases of smart cards and subscriptions require valid payment information. All fees are payable in advance, are non-refundable, and may be subject to applicable taxes. Subscription terms will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

購買智能名片與訂閱服務需提供有效的付款資訊。所有費用需提前支付，且不予退還，並可能需繳納相關稅項。訂閱期限屆滿後將自動續約，除非在續約日前取消。

Once shipped, the risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control. You are responsible for maintaining your smart card in good condition, and replacement fees may apply for lost or damaged cards.

一旦商品寄出，風險將轉移至您。我們對超出控制範圍的運送延誤不承擔責任。您有責任保持智能名片的良好狀態，遺失或損壞可能需支付更換費用。

You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully, and not to upload, share, or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take other actions to protect our platform and users.

您同意合法且尊重地使用我們的服務，不得上載、分享或傳送非法、有害或侵犯他人權利的內容。我們保留移除內容、暫停帳戶或採取其他行動以保護平台與用戶的權利。

All intellectual property in our website, platform, and smart cards belongs to Human Over Robot Limited or its licensors. You may not use our content without prior written consent.

Our services and smart cards are provided “as is” without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising from your use of our services. If we are found liable, our maximum liability will not exceed HK$100.

我們的服務與智能名片是按「現狀」提供，且不作任何保證。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對因您使用服務而產生的任何損失承擔責任。如我們被判定需承擔責任，我們的最高賠償金額不超過港幣 100 元。

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
