Whether you choose standard or express delivery, we work to ensure your order arrives in the shortest possible time while maintaining quality handling. For standard delivery, shipments are made via the national postal service of the destination country or region, and a signature may be required upon receipt, so please provide an address where someone can receive the package during business hours. For express delivery, we use trusted international courier partners, and shipping costs vary depending on the destination and order size; these will be shown at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–6 business days from our facility. Additional time may be needed for product testing, customisation, or during peak seasons and public holidays. If any item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you promptly. The delivery time shown at checkout may be longer if the product is on backorder. If you require delivery by a specific date, we recommend using express shipping, as standard delivery is subject to various factors beyond our control. Customs clearance in some countries may also require additional documents, potentially delaying the process.

For most destinations, express delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, although in rare cases it may take longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow the delivery progress. Products are typically delivered to the address you specify. While most destinations offer door-to-door service, some locations may require collection from a designated point. Our courier partners can arrange flexible delivery solutions, such as scheduling a specific delivery date, holding the package until you return, authorising a neighbour to receive it, or redirecting it to another address or pick-up location.

Orders shipped via standard delivery may still incur a shipping fee unless your order exceeds the free shipping threshold after discounts. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. In addition, some countries impose import taxes, customs duties, and related fees on incoming goods. These charges are not included in your payment to Human Over Robot Limited and are determined and collected by your local customs authorities. For details, please contact your local customs office.
